The shield is not actually for this mini, just merely for photo purposes. It's just, I hate painting shields! I really don't know why, but I just find them a tedious task. Hopefully, I can get around this little obsticle and get some more done. Also, the base is only half complete, but still looks quite acceptable. Snot green over brushed with Goblin Green. A classic combination.

I know your feelings about the shields. After basecoating one I spend hours just staring at it trying to figure out what to paint. The temptation of just painting it in a plain colour is strong but I think the effort in painting it a little detailed is worth it. So go get that shield done!
