Chaos Thug - Sword and Dagger

A super quick post today as I am actually at work. You gotta love the Chaos Thug range as there are endless of possibilities painting these bad boys. Here’s me effort on a fella simply described as ‘Sword and Dagger’ found here link

I'm really pleased with how he came out, although now that I look at the photos, he could do with a little tidy up here and there. Right, back to work before I get busted posting about tiny lead men. Huzzah!

Slaanesh Warband - Part 5

These two recruits of my WIP Slaanesh Warband were finished a while ago, but I have only just got round to photographing them. I’m not entirely happy with either of the paint jobs to be honest, but oh well. Two Chaos Dwarfs:

Telegrim Flamebeard

Origol The Horrible

Having just looked up the names for these Chaos Dwarfs, I realise now that I haven’t done Telegrim Flamebeard any justice at all by painting his beard grey! Whoops.

New Lead - Ewal Dvergar & Son's of Siegward

I’ve had my eyes on these little beauties for a while now and finally made the plunge and purchased the ones I found of interest to me. As most of you probably know, Ewal Dvergar & Son’s of Siegward are a private venture by a fine fellow called Clam of 'Clamshells and Seahorses' fame (figures for sale here http://claminiatures.blogspot.de/p/ewal-dvergar.html). I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves:
Grinner Dragarm

Sanqis Bigleap

Sweyn

Bird Shaman

Olaf

Command Group

Branding Hyld

All the figures are superb but my personal favorite is the Bird Shaman. He fits so perfectly with the Citadel Chaos Dwarfs and the classic MM90 Chaos Dwarfs. Also, the figure called ‘Branding Hyld’ riding the shark surfboard is pretty special. I don’t know when I’ll get the time to slap some paint on these fella’s but when I do, I just hope I can do them justice.

Lastly, before I go, I just want to say a big thank you to Jason of http://rogueheresy.blogspot.de/ fame for introducing my little blog to a much wider audience and also many thanks the new followers I have. It really means a lot to me and keeps me motivated in this wonderful hobby of ours. Hopefully, in my next post I’ll actually post something painted! Cheers.
